Wolfes Landing Eco Retreat is a rustic heritage holiday home overlooking the spectacular Nenamup Inlet. It features stunning inlet and native forest views from all levels but especially from the elevated balcony. It is located on the Nullaki Peninsula just a few minutes drive from the city of Albany southwards and the picturesque town of Denmark to the North. The popular Bibbulmun Track and beautiful Anvil Beach are just a couple of kilometres away further down the Nullaki Peninsula alongside the Wilson Inlet. The house features larger than average living areas and bedrooms on two levels and sleeps eight to ten guests in comfort. Nearby activities are numerous with bush walking and hiking trails, fishing,swimming or visiting the many wineries, restaurants craft shops and galleries.

This rate plan applies to our entire 12 month calendar. Prices vary throughout the year to reflect the WA School Holidays and School Terms, Public Holiday Long Weekends including Easter and Anzac Day and the Xmas and New Year period. Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM 2 PERSON STAY - Beds
A minimum 2 person stay is based on a twin share basis (share one room). Guests will have a choice of either the master bedroom upstairs (queen bed), a ground floor bedroom (queen bed) or a ground floor bedroom (two single beds). If separate bedrooms are required it will incur a one of $40 fee.
REVISED ROOM AND BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS
A fee of $30 applies if changes to the original reservation are requested within 48 hours of arrival.
A surcharge is applied if extra beds or rooms are required in excess of what is necessary to accommodate the registered guests.
PETS: Pet owners must ensure that there animals are always under effective control. Pets are not to be left unattended inside the house at any time.

A Pet Fee of $30.00 per pet is required to be paid in cash on arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Acceptance of a pre-authorised credit card debit agreement (the same as most hotels and motels) on arrival is a condition of entry.
Acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and Payment and Cancellation Policies is acknowledged by completion the booking process.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD (two easy payments)
If paying by credit card via the booking engine on our website you will only be charged 50% of the advertised accommodation fee when you complete the payment process.
1. If it is less than 30 days prior to arrival your credit card account will be debited for the full accommodation fee in two equal installments. The first as soon as you complete the payment process and the second soon after.
2. If your booking date is more than 30 days prior to arrival your outstanding balance will be debited from your card account at the fall of the due date. If you choose not to accept an automatic debit for your account balance we will require you to pay for your accommodation in full at the time you book your holiday. Please advise us if this is the case.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS
We will also accept payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or PayPal by prior arrangement. Please use the inquiry form and send it to us and we will contact you by email reply to complete the process. Outstanding balances can also be paid using the same methods. Online receipts are issued automatically after each transaction.
If a cancellation occurs 28 or more days prior to your arrival a 100% refund will be made. If a cancellation occurs between 27 and 8 days prior to arrival we will relist and attempt to resell the cancelled dates. A proportional refund will be made subject to the successful resale of any or all of the original booking dates. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of your arrival no refund will be available. All refunds will be levied an admin fee of $25 plus any associated bank/credit card charges.
