Payment Policy:

All accepted card payments attract a non-refundable 1.5% surcharge.

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations

Hotel Rooms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.

Manager's House: All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Balance will be changed 1 month prior to arrival.

All outstanding payments will be taken on the commencement of cancellation policy period for all other reservations.

Bookings of 3 or more rooms are deemed a Group Booking.
Min 2 night stay for the Managers house for all weekends and Public Holidays.
Min 2 night stay for all group bookings of 6 or more rooms.

Hotel Check-in is between 2.00pm - 6.00pm. Check-in outside of these hours is by prior arrangement only.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation: Minimum 14 Days prior to check in This property requires any cancellations and date changes to be made a minimum of 14 days prior to check in to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking.

Cancellations made before this period will occur a 10% cancellation fee.

Discounted Rates: Any rates in this category are treated as non-refundable or cancellable.

Group & Wedding Group Bookings & Special Event dates (ie concerts) - This property requires any cancellation or date change to be made at least 1 month prior to the property's check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking. Within 3 months any cancellation will forfeit 50% of the deposit made.

Manager's House - This property requires any cancellation or date change to be made at least 1 month prior to the property's check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking.
