- Room rates are not included bank transfer fee.
- Check in time : 2 PM
- Check out time : 12 AM
- Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in due to security reason and regulations
- South the scene rooms there are for only 2 adults or 2 adults + only 1 child under 5 years old, when check in if have guests more than specified we will
change room type to Escape North instead and charge as per rates.
- We apologize for any inconvenience. Boat, jet-skis, personal watercrafts and all engines are NOT allowed inside the resort and nearby the area. Otherwise
your booking will be cancelled without any prior notice.
- No pre wedding allowed. (If we found that we will charge as per our package pre wedding)
- No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Amendment Policy (For normally booking)
- No cancel allowed after your booking are comfirmed and non refundable.
- Allowed amendment booking 1 time but have to inform the hotel 14 days in advance before arrival date and the new date have to wihtin 3 months from original date.
- Amendment booking less than 14 days in advance before arrival date will be charge 50%.
- Amendment booking less than 3 days in advance before arrival date will be charge 100%.
