Arrival at the Lodge is from 2pm, departure by 10am.
If planning on arriving after 5pm, please call to place your meal selections. Dinner is served at 6:30pm.

Payment Policy

Rates are in Australian dollars and include all local taxes. We accept Mastercard or Visa.

Credit card provided when booking will be used to separately charge package guided experiences.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are to be requested via email: info@thousandlakeslodge.com.au

48 hours before check-in - No charge.
Within 48 hours of arrival - Cost of First night.
No show - Full cost of the booking.
Early departure – Full cost of the booking.

Being in a remote alpine location, fees are waived if the Lodge needs to cancel in the interest of our guest's safety.
