Late check out or early check in can be arranged subject to availability and costs $30 AUD or 300.000 IDR (12pm check in or check out).
Please check with us if this is possible.

We highly recommend you let us arrange your boat transfers to ensure a smooth journey.

Bersantai Villas and its facilities are unable to be used for gatherings, parties or events of any size other than in the booking details unless with direct written confirmation from Bersantai management.
No animals / pets allowed on property.
Changes to an exisiting booking are subject to availability, a small amendment fee applies.
Changes are subject to any rate difference. If the trip is downgraded to a low season rate, no refunds or credits are provided. Any high season rate difference to be paid by the guest.

Guests comfort, health and safety are always our primary concern, and we would like to reassure our guests that we have high standards of health and safety in place.

Conditions de paiement

Your credit card is charged 50% deposit payment. The balance can be paid with cash or credit card upon arrival at reception.

During your stay any minibar, food, beverage and any activity items can added to a bill . Upon check out payment can be made with cash or credit card.
Safe deposit boxes are provided in all Villas, please keep cash and personal or valuable items here.

Complimentary massages are valid only for bookings on full rates, directly via our website.

Politique d'annulation

Bookings cancelled before 30 days of the check in date are refundable less a 20% cancellation fee on full booking.
Bookings cancelled inside 30 days prior to arrival date are refundable less 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of check in date are non refundable.
