Payment Policy
1. No deposit is required unless if it is a group booking (4 rooms or more), 50% deposit for group booking and it is non-refundable.
2. The full payment will be processed within 2 days before arrival.
3. No refunds will be made for a reduction in stay for any reason after check-in.
4. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
5. **Guests are advised to take out comprehensive Travel Insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
