Please read the terms and conditions before confirming your booking. Upon booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Arrival and Departure
• Check-in time is from 2.00pm until 10.00pm. Guests wishing to check-in after hours must contact the property directly to arrange. Check-in area is at the bar.
• Check out time is 10.00am.
• Guests are to provide a driver’s license or passport, mobile phone contact number and email address at the time of check-in.
• Guests are to provide a credit card upon check-in for deposits, incidentals or any added charges during the stay. A $100 pre-authorisation on credit card will be required upon arrival. Cash will not be accepted.

In-house Policy
• Visiting hours cease at 11pm and strictly house guests are permitted on the premises after 11pm
• There is no privilege extended to guests of this hotel in relation to access/entry to the bar and gaming areas of the hotel
• Pets are not allowed within the hotel
• Smoking is prohibited on all levels and in all rooms. A charge of $500 applies to any guests smoking while within our rooms or premises. In the event smoking in a guest room triggers a false fire alarm, a fee of $1,700 will apply.
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in the room is not permitted.
• Excessive traffic noise to and from the rooms and drunken or disorderly behaviour is prohibited.
• In the event that there is excessive cleaning required in the room, a minimum cleaning charge of $100 will be levied to your room charge. Linen & Towels will be counted and any damage or theft may result in charges to your credit card. 
• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying parent.
• Guildford Hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewellery or other valuables. We are not responsible for articles left in your room or motor vehicle.
• Guildford Hotel reserves the right to immediately evict any guest found in possession of illegal drugs

Payment Policy

Payment Policy
• We accept MasterCard and Visa. Card surcharge of 1.5% applies.
• Fully Flexible Rates: A deposit of the full first night's rate is required at the time of booking. In the event you with to cancel, amend or whilst inhouse shorten your stay, the conditions of the cancellation policy for this booking applies to any nights you wish to cancel.
• Non-refundable Rates/Special Event Rates: A non-refundable deposit of the full amount for all nights booked is required at the time of booking. This includes all Book Today & Save, Stay 2 & Save, Stay 3 & Save and Special Event Rates.

Cancellation Policy

• Fully Flexible Rates: Free cancellation is permitted up until 24 hours prior to the check-in date and time. Cancellations received prior to this will not incur any room charges and will be eligible for a full refund.
Booking cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the check-in date and time, will incur the full charge for the first nights stay.
Notice to shorten your stay, must be provided 24 hours prior to your intended check out date to avoid the full charge for the night(s) cancelled.

• Stay and Save Non-refundable Rates: Require full prepayment at the time of booking. Amendments, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

• Special Event Rates: Require full prepayment at the time of booking. Amendments, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. A minimum 2-night stay is required unless otherwise stated.
