Terms & Conditions

Hotel Policy :
1 Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12:00 A.M. on the day of departure.
2. Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in. Key deposit 500 THB - fully refunded after returning the key at check-out must be completed
in advance. In case of loss or damage of key card 500 THB will be charged in the room bill.
3. None smoking in the room. It is permitted only on the balcony. Fine up to 2,000 baht.
4 Cooking inside the room is not allowed.
5 Smelly object i.e. Durian is not allowed to be kept in the room or even in the resort area.
6 Please keep silence after 10:00 p.m.. According to our tolerance policy, we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy resort property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance.
7 We only accept small sized dogs (max. 5 kg ) The cost of each animals stay in the hotel is 300 THB per night/room.
8 Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent. Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or
furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.
9 In the event of cancellation received retention will be charged on the reserved room rate.

4 ห้ามประกอบอาหารภายในห้องพัก
5 วัตถุที่มีกลิ่น เช่น ทุเรียนไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในห้องหรือแม้แต่ในห้องบริเวณรีสอร์ท.
6 กรุณางดใช้เสียง หลัง 4 ทุ่ม ทำตามนโยบายของเรา เราจะปฏิเสธที่จะยอมรับหรือปฏิเสธการให้บริการหรือที่พัก หรืออาจเป็นบุคคลที่อยู่ในระหว่างการบริเวณโรงแรมประพฤติตนมึนเมาหรือวุ่นวายอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ทำลายหรือขู่ว่าจะทำลายทรัพย์สินของรีสอร์ต หรือก่อเหตุหรือขู่ว่าจะก่อเหตุความวุ่นวายในที่สาธารณะ
7 เรารับเฉพาะสุนัขขนาดเล็ก (น้ำหนักไม่เกิน 5 กก.) โดยคิดค่าเข้าพักของสัตว์แต่ละตัวค่าโรงแรมคืนละ 300 บาท/ห้อง
8 ความเสียหายใด ๆ ควรรายงานไปยังฝ่ายต้อนรับของเราทันทีหลังจากที่เกิดขึ้นชัดเจน ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายของอุปกรณ์ใดๆ หรือ
เฟอร์นิเจอร์ในห้องจนถึงค่าซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยน
9 ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิก การเก็บรักษาจะถูกเรียกเก็บจากเงินที่จองไว้อัตราค่าห้องพัก.
