Syarat & Ketentuan

Hotel Policy :
1 Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12:00 P.M. on the day of departure.
2. Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in. Key deposit 500 THB - fully refunded after returning the key at check-out must be completed
in advance. In case of loss or damage of key card 500 THB will be charged in the room bill.
3. None smoking in the room. It is permitted only on the balcony. Fine up to 2,000 baht.
4 Cooking inside the room is not allowed.
5 Smelly object i.e. Durian is not allowed to be kept in the room or even in the resort area.
6 Please keep silence after 10:00 P.M.. According to our tolerance policy, we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy resort property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance.
7 Pets cannot be accommodated.
8 Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent. Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or
furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.
9 In the event of cancellation received retention will be charged on the reserved room rate.

Child Policy :
• Children 0-2 years old sharing existing bed with parents are free of charge.
• Children 3-5 years old sharing bed with parents breakfast 150 THB per 1 person / per day
• Children 6-8 years old sharing bed with parents breakfast 250 THB per 1 person / per day
• Children 9-10 years old, breakfast 300 THB per 1 person/per day.

นโยบายของโรงแรม :
1. เวลาเช็คอินคือ 14:00 น. ในวันที่เดินทางมาถึงและเวลาเช็คเอาท์ 12:00 น. ในวันเดินทาง
2. โปรดระบุ ID / Passport ของคุณเมื่อทำการเช็คอิน มัดจำกุญแจ 500 บาท - คืนเงินเต็มจำนวนหลังจากส่งคืนกุญแจเมื่อเช็คเอาท์. กรณีคีย์การ์ดสูญหายหรือเสียหาย จะถูกเรียกเก็บเงิน 500 บาท.
3. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในห้อง อนุญาตให้ใช้เฉพาะบนระเบียงเท่านั้น ปรับ 2,000 บาท
4. ห้ามประกอบอาหารภายในห้องพัก
5. วัตถุที่มีกลิ่น เช่น ทุเรียนไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในห้องหรือแม้แต่ในห้องบริเวณรีสอร์ท.
6. กรุณางดใช้เสียง หลัง 4 ทุ่ม ทำตามนโยบายของเรา เราจะปฏิเสธที่จะยอมรับหรือปฏิเสธการให้บริการหรือที่พัก หรืออาจเป็นบุคคลที่อยู่ในระหว่างการบริเวณโรงแรมประพฤติตนมึนเมาหรือวุ่นวายอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ทำลายหรือขู่ว่าจะทำลายทรัพย์สินของรีสอร์ต หรือก่อเหตุหรือขู่ว่าจะก่อเหตุความวุ่นวายในที่สาธารณะ
7. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก
8. ความเสียหายใด ๆ ควรรายงานไปยังฝ่ายต้อนรับของเราทันทีหลังจากที่เกิดขึ้นชัดเจน ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายของอุปกรณ์ใดๆ หรือ
เฟอร์นิเจอร์ในห้องจนถึงค่าซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยน
9. ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิก การเก็บรักษาจะถูกเรียกเก็บจากเงินที่จองไว้อัตราค่าห้องพัก.

ระเบียบการเข้าพักของเด็ก:
-เด็ก 0-2 ปี เข้าพักโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
- เด็ก 3-5 ปี ชำระเพิ่ม 150 บาท /วัน/ท่าน
- เด็ก 6-8 ปี ชำระเพิ่ม 250 บาท/วัน/ท่าน
- เด็ก 9-10 ปี ชำระเพิ่ม 300 บาท/วัน/ท่าน

*กรณีที่ขอใบกำกับภาษี ทางรีสอร์ตขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการออกเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีเฉพาะในส่วนของห้องพักและอาหารเท่านั้น สามารถออกได้เฉพาะวันที่ลูกค้าเช็คเอาท์
*ในส่วนของค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม ลูกค้าสามารถทำหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
-ค่าดำน้ำ
-ค่ารถรับส่ง
-ค่าคาราโอเกะ และค่าบริการอื่นๆ
