Nestled amongst the hills, with spectacular views to the mountains of the World Heritage listed national parks, you will find South East Queensland’s first couples’ luxury glamping private retreat.

Only 90 minutes drive south-west of the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast, our secluded Luxury Eco-tents will allow you to experience the romantic side of camping while being pampered with quality linen, plush pillow top queen ensemble, electric blankets and much more. Our Baya Tiny House Eco-retreat also provides a unique and truly breathtaking experience that is second to none in the glorious Scenic Rim!

The development of Ketchup’s Bank Glamping was based on a clear concept to provide ‘the glamour of luxury accommodation with the romance of camping under the stars’ in an ecologically friendly way. All aspects were carefully considered to achieve this perfect mix of glamour, camping and minimal environmental impact. Ketchup's Bank Glamping is not suitable under any circumstances for babies, children or pets. Eco-tents are setup for the comfort of 2 adults with one queen bed in each tent.

Indulgence Package Bookings - Please contact us if you have any dietary requirements or preferences we should know about. Indulgence Package includes 1 x ''The Board'' and one bottle of Sirromet wine for your first night. One Breakfast Basket each morning, one DIY Damper Hamper, toasting marshmallows, a taster of Karoomba Vineyard's exclusive port, and our dish washing service. Minimum 2 night stay.

Master Glamping Special Offer Bookings - Please contact us if you have any dietary requirements or preferences we should know about. Includes a Breakfast Basket each morning, 1 x DIY Damper Hamper and toasting marshmallows. Only available for 3 night stays or more.

Payment Policy

Deposit: 50% of your total price required at time of booking with the remaining 50% due on check in day. For 1 night stays, full payment is required upon booking.

Final: Final payment will be due on check in day and will be automatically processed on the details provided unless otherwise advised. If booking less than two weeks prior to arrival, full payment will be required on booking.

Payment: Credit card details will be required to secure the booking. However, you may choose from an number of payment methods including: internet transfer of funds or we accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment by internet transfer is only possible if booking no less than 2 weeks prior to your stay. For internet transfers you have 48 hours to make payment following our account details being sent to you. If payment is not received we will have to allow someone else to book your Eco-tent.

Single night bookings must be paid in full on booking.

Some special rate and reduced minimum night bookings may be required to pay in full upfront. This is specified with the conditions of the special booking.

Cancellation Policy

COVID-19
During the pandemic if your stay is affected by any Government Directive that means we cannot operate, we will gladly offer you the choice of either a refund or a gift voucher valid for 3 years.

Cancellation policy - Bookings must be cancelled greater than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled check in date to ensure a refund of your deposit or to reschedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking within 2 weeks of your scheduled check in date we will do our best to find a replacement booking. If a replacement booking is found, we will gladly refund your deposit or reschedule your stay to a later date. Gift Vouchers are subject to this Cancellation Policy and applies to rescheduling only. Gift Vouchers are 100% transferable and are non refundable once issued.
