We have common guest kitchen fully equipped with pots , pans, cutlery, fridge, microwaves and much more .

Mountain Creek Motel respects your privacy. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Guests signing this registration form agree to Mountain Creek Motel Terms and Conditions, details of which are on website.
NOTE* -1. BASE PRICE INCLUDES INDIVIDUAL OR 2 PEOPLE , ANY ADDITIONAL PERSON WILL INCUR EXTRA CHARGE OF $28. GUEST MUST INFORM THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING IN THE ROOM/S. PICTURES SHOWN ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY. ALL CARE IS TAKEN BUT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR VALUABLE LEFT IN ROOM OR YOUR VEHICLE IN THE CAR PARK.
2. CHECK OUT TIME 10 AM. FEES OF $25 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL HOUR .
PET - PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED AND CHARGES APPLY OF 25 $ PER PET PER NIGHT .

Payment Policy

FOR DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT - ACCOUNT NAME :MOUNTAIN CREEK MOTEL BSB 063593 ACCOUNT NO 10650464. Valid credit card details must be provided at time of booking with full payment to be made on check in.
A minimum night stay may apply during peak periods, long weekends or during special events.
Rates quoted are for room only and quoted in Australian dollars inclusive of GST
Check in from 2pm to 9pm. After hours check in must be arranged in advance.
Check out up to 10am. Late check out is subject to availability. A fee may apply up to the equivalent of one night’s accommodation. Late check out is not available during winter.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking when the number of people arriving exceeds the number of people originally booked.
Rooms are serviced daily after each check out. A daily modified service on longer stays. Rooms are not serviced on weekend and Public Holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Low season: Valid credit card details must be provided at time of booking. The cancellation policy will be advised at the time of booking for special event periods / long weekends during the low season. Cancellation on the day or a No Show will incur charge of one night of the booking.

Christmas and Easter: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 7 days before arrival.
Winter: (1st June to 30th September) To secure your accommodation, a one-night minimum deposit per room is required with balance to be paid on check in. Late check in guests will be charged full amount prior to their arrival. The deposit will be refunded less $20 per room booked in the event of cancellation at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will forfeit your deposit. Cancellation on the day or a No Show will incur the full amount of the booking.
