Nukubati Island is a self sustaining and environment-friendly island resort in the province of Macuata in the Fiji Islands, where you can fulfill romantic and adventurous desires with your spouse or family and friends. NUKUBATI IS AVAILABLE FOR ISLAND CHARTER for a maximum of 10 guests with daily 2 tank dive included. Scuba diving on the pristine Great Sea Reef , the world's third largest barrier reef, is our major activity. Other activities include excellent snorkelling, fishing, introductions to Fijian culture and traditions, Village visits and School visits.

There are four beachside suites, situated in pairs, along the shoreline, surrounded by tropical gardens and coconut palms.
Each suite has a spacious lounge room, a queen size bedroom and large bathroom with twin vanities and showers. There is a front verandah overlooking the beach and a private rear patio. Each suite is furnished with lounge chairs, coffee table, writing desk, dressing table, open wardrobe and queen size bed.
A full range of toiletries, hair dryer, coffee and teas, mini bar, and maid service are provided.

Island Charter Buchen
Island Charter is one option for holidaying on Nukubati Great Sea Reef. The Island Charter is for a maximum of 10 adults accommodated in 5 bures. Children and infants can be included in the 10. Please check with us if there are extra adults or children in your group, as we are able to accommodate up to 4 more adults or children at an extra cost. By chartering Nukubati for the exclusive use of your family, friends or dive buddies, you will not be sharing your vacation space with strangers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE COMPANY/THE CONSULTANT
In this document, reference is made to THE COMPANY, which refers to Nukubati Resort Pte Ltd t/a NUKUBATI GREAT SEA REEF, herein refered to as Nukubati. Any reference to THE CONSULTANT REFERS to any person appointed by the Company to be responsible for certain functions - i.e.: Marketing Consultant.
LENGTH OF STAY
Nukubati has a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. To fully experience Island, a 5 night + stay is highly recommended
CONFIRMATION
Nukubati Reservations Department will provide a written confirmation/invoice. Reservations for travel within 30 days must be confirmed within FOUR DAYS and should the reservation not be confirmed to the Company within that period, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that guests take out Comprehensive Travel Insurance.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
DEPOSIT: A non refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required on booking.
BALANCE: Full payment is to be made 30 DAYS prior to arrival.
BOOKINGS LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: To be paid in full at time of booking

RATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
The Company reserves the right to adjust rates for events beyond the control of the Company; i.e. changes in tax or exchange rates if same is raised /lowered by the actions of any Government.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Please be advised that the Company will NOT accept any responsibility for any guests’ loss of or damage to personal equipment and property whilst staying at the Resort, and while participating in any activity whether on or off the island. Guests are required to follow any directions, which may be given whilst staying at the Resort or participating in activities.
The Company will NOT accept responsibility for any injuries, which occur to guests whilst staying at the Resort or due to participation in any activity either on or off the island.
The Company will NOT accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of the Company’s control such as late arrival of the Domestic or International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or failure of any machinery or equipment.
It is strongly recommended that guests take out Comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover for any unforeseen events.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made and received by the resort or its representatives IN WRITING by email to info@nukubati.com

REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION : 30 days or less and more than 14 days notice: 50% cancellation fee for every night cancelled
Less than 14 days notice: 100% cancellation fee for every night cancelled.
No Shows or days not used resulting from late arrival or premature departure: No refund given.
AMENDMENT OR POSTPONEMENT OF AN EXISTING BOOKING
Should an amendment or postponement of an existing booking occur within 30 days of arrival, cancellation fees will NOT BE WAIVED.
