For bookings made outside of 60 days prior to arrival a security deposit of 1 Nights accommodation is due at time of booking. Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival or on booking whichever occurs first.
Covid 19 Update
We are very pleased to announce that we have now decided to recommence taking bookings for O Villas, which will be the first since March 2020.
We are very proud that our owners took the decision to keep 50% of the staff employed for the past 2 years to fully maintain the Villas to the standard they are famous for, to the extent they are now looking brand new !!

Payment Policy
On booking confirmation a security deposit equivalent to 1 Nights accommodation will be charged. Balance payment for your reservation will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance payment will be automatically processed on the credit card used when making the reservation unless alternate payment arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge and any monies taken will be refunded to the payment the original deposit was secured from.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
We recommend that you take out an adequate travel insurance policy to cover you for unforeseen circumstances and cancellations. We also recommend reviewing government entry requirements if you are travelling from overseas.
