Located just 3 kms from the Montville village, the home is conveniently situated close to the wedding venues of Montville, Flaxton, Maleny and nearby communities.
With plenty of room to move, guests can chose from 3 King-size bedrooms on the upper level, or a downstairs bedroom with a Queen bed. The bedrooms are serviced by three well-appointed bathrooms.
On the lower level, you will find a spacious, open-plan lounge/dining area with a wood fire adjacent to the superb, fully-equipped kitchen. A delightful nook provides the perfect opportunity to escape with a good book from the wide book selection, or even play a board game or two,

We have a non-smoking policy which includes indoor and outdoor areas.
You have access to your cottage 24 hours per day throughout your stay using a set of keys provided to you at check-in. You have full responsibility for these keys during your stay. Lost keys will be charged $15 per set.
Guests may be charged for any damage to The Avenue property during their stay.
Payment Policy
The full tariff for the Luxury Cottage will be processed 5 days prior to arrival.
We accept Mastercard, Visa or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
No refund inside five days from arrival.
