Urban Sands is a concierge-type hotel dedicated to giving guests everything that they could ask for in a hotel. Urban Sands reflects a coastal feel with a sizzle of tranquillity and rejuvenation, and yet, it is still proximate to metropolitan Iloilo. Located in M.H. del Pilar Street in Molo, Iloilo City, this paradise is one ride away from restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, and other essential structures in the city. Urban Sands in its entirety

Experience the amazing transition upon entering Urban Sands. The threshold features wood flooring lined with sand-colored pebbles and a beautiful landscape. To the left is a bar that caters to guests and the public, raised high and mighty with wood-inspired accents and delicate interiors. To the right is another crafted transition, spotless white tiles that house the front desk. The hall leading to the pool is lined with artworks of Ilonggo artists. Further, exposed in all its glory, is the core of Urban Sands: the rooms, the pool, and a new enchanting realm.

Rooms

Urban Sands as of this writing has a total of seven rooms, three of which house a queen bed in every room, two with two semi-double beds, and another two with one king bed each. All rooms are located at the poolside – it’s undeniably better than being in a hotel saturated with rooms and hallways. At Urban Sands, you’re closer to nature. Feel the soft pebbles on your toes, the fine landscaped space, the smell of fresh air, and the cool calm that evidently soothes the soul. The room dimensions vary around 15 to 16 square meter or 18 to 19, terrace included. All rooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with the following: high quality beds with padding and comforters, bathroom with hot and cold shower, telephone, a refrigerator with mini bar and snacks, and a 32 inch LED television with cable connection and USB port. To the working population, Urban Sands is a haven because of its 24/7 WiFi/Internet access.

Features

Urban Sands is all about fun and enjoyment. Enjoy a well-designed pool and Jacuzzi. Guests are welcome to enjoy the relaxing effects of swimming and poolside family fun. The Jacuzzi is located in the far end of the pool, and can cater around 12 to 15 people. The pool is wider and can cater to a much bigger group. Moreover, the Business Center is also conducive for group meetings and for those working as a group. The coffee shop and bar serves coffee as well as other savvy beverages.
