A deposit of 50% will be charged for direct bookings with Villa Sea Spray. The remaining payment will be charged to your credit card approx 60 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made through other channels we reserve the right to charge 50% upon booking. The remaining payment will be charged 60 days prior to your arrival, or as specified with the channel you booked through.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing. Fees for excess guests which are not agreed with the owners will automatically incur an additional charge according to their credit cards.

Parties and Functions are strictly by booking and separate agreed pricing. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to agreed terms and conditions may result in additional payments charged to your credit card.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival - with all crockery/utensils
placed into the dishwasher, and please start program.

In the event of excessive cleaning requirements an extra fee of $100.00 will be charged to your account.

Check-in time 2pm
Check-out time is 11am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next arrivals.

Damage and Breakages to Property, crockery and glasses will be charged at a fair price to your credit card and
Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
In lieu of a bond credit card details are to be given on or before the day of entry. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.

Your villa will be fully made up, with a full set of linen, towels and bathrobes for your comfort.

Villa Sea Spray is essentially an adult accommodation. However, extra children can be accommodated, but only if they are supervised at all times and their caregivers take full responsibility for their supervision at all times. No responsibility for child safety is accepted by Villa Sea Spray. Please note that we have an unsecured oceanfront, and unfenced pool.

Pets are not allowed on the Villa Sea Spray property.

This is strictly no smoking accommodation.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

100% cancellation fee for no-shows.

Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
